This program will enable you to secure at our warehouse thousands of dollars of EXCLUSIVE ONE OF A KIND OR LIMITED QUANTITY merchandise, locked down in a secure location within our warehouse, without having to actually purchase the item until you actually sell it. Thus saving you thousands of dollars in up front costs. The essential elements of this Auction Rental program are:

Spend only 2% of the list cost (or $10.00 whichever is less) of any product for each 14 Day Auction period you wish to have the item reserved for your auction. Hold as many of each item as we have available in our inventories. A separate charge will apply for each item, some items may only have one available.
The items are stored in your secure location for you in our warehouse in Florida or Hong Kong at absolutely NO COST to you.
When you sell the item, you send us a shipping order and we ship the item to your customer. Your account is charged your normal wholesale cost (at 65% off List Retail price), a $5.00 drop ship charge, and the actual UPS, Postal or Freight shipping charges.
Clean, simple and secure. The time and date of your invoice is your receipt for the guarantees listed below. You must notify us before your 14 days expire that you will purchase a reserved item and must complete purchase, or place a reasonable deposit, before expiration of said 14 day period. Guaranteed Availability. We guarantee to have the item available to you until the expiration of your listed 14 day auction period. If for any reason we can't deliver the item (damage, theft, fire, hurricane, force majeur) we'll substitute a similar item of greater value for FREE! We pay the cost of the item, all you pay is the shipping cost!

Guaranteed Shipping Cost. We guarantee the shipping cost (to any of the continental United States) of any item in your Auction Rental inventory to be no more than UPS ground rates or truck freight rates from our Florida warehouse - even if we have to ship it from our Hong Kong store. If we have to ship products from Hong Kong we use 3 day air delivery or Ocean Freight on large items, which is about 3 times the cost of UPS to destinations within the continental USA. If we are out of stock in Florida on any item in your Auction Rental we'll pay the extra cost!

65% Discount on the products you reserve - the highest level available. As soon as you activate any Auction Rental account and complete your inventory selections through checkout, your wholesale dealer account will jump to a 65% discount on every product you reserve in this program. DURING the Auction Rental Period only. Once the Auction Rental period expires so does your 65% discount until you activate another Auction rental period. This is a big advantage to you because while your Auction Rental Inventory is listed you can purchase at the higher discount price. The savings alone will probably pay your auction rental Fees!

You are never obligated to complete purchase of any Auction Rental Item at any time during or after your Auction Rental period. If your Auction listing closes without a sale you will never be obligated to purchase that item.

Step 1: Search our site for any product with this symbol

Step 2: Look for the Auction Rental Interface
The Snapshot Photo above shows the Auction Rental Interface showing the daily rate of the product with your selections for Auction Start Date and Length of Auction.

Just enter your auction start date information and click "add to basket" for each item you want to reserve. When you have all your items reserved just check out as you normally do. Its that simple!

Step 3: What Happens if your selected item is already taken?
Take a look at the Calendar Interface to the right. If your first choice of rental dates is taken it will show you what dates are unavailable, what dates may be in the process of being rented by another auctioneer (wait an hour and if he did not process his rental it will be available again), and finally the available dates. Adjust your rental request accordingly and secure the item for a new set of auction dates.

Proceed with Checkout as you normally would.

REMEMBER! Select the Auction Rental Shipping Option during Checkout so you are NOT charged any shipping cost for the rental.
