Choose a domain name that people with remember, the shorter the better to avoid misspellings. It should have rich keywords that will relate to your website's content. Unfortunately every single word domain in the English language, and then some, are already taken. You are left with 2 and 3 word combinations.

People naturally misspell domains as they enter them into their address bar. It is a good idea to also register common misspellings and the plural form of your domain just to cover yourself so that people don't inadvertently go to a competitor's site because they misspelled your name. Putting hyphens between the words is also a good idea to protect your name variations from competitors.
